By accessing or using ChinaCompany ("the Service") on chinacompany.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
ChinaCompany provides China Company Credit Reports and China Business Verification Reports compiled from China's official public disclosure systems. Reports are prepared by pulling live official registry data and performing human review. Reports are delivered in PDF format to the email address provided at checkout, typically within 12 hours.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when ordering.
4. Orders and Payment
- Each China Company Credit Report costs $39.99.
- Payment is due at checkout and is processed by our payment provider Creem (international credit cards).
- Orders are accepted when payment is successfully confirmed.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate fraud.
- Misrepresent a company or person when placing an order.
- Attempt to access, scrape, or interfere with our systems beyond normal use.
- Resell, redistribute, or claim the reports as your own without permission.
6. Report Accuracy and Disclaimer
We work hard to ensure our reports are accurate and current. However:
- Reports reflect the status of official public records at the time of retrieval and may become outdated.
- Reports are provided for business reference purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChinaCompany is not liable for any loss or damage arising from decisions made based on our reports.
7. Refunds
If we cannot retrieve or verify the data for the company you requested, you are eligible for a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Service, including our branding, templates, and the compiled structure of our reports, is the property of ChinaCompany or its licensors. You may use the report you purchased for your own business purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChinaCompany's total liability arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the report in question.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
